Pot holes bad lighting concrette bollards

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1800932.
Several problems with the cycle way, 1) very bad potholes. 2) no street lights working 3) can not see pedrastrians at night as lighting very poor nearly ran into a person last night. 4) concrete bollards can not be seen and should be marked with hi vis paint. 5) several complaints about the same natur but no remedy 6) why are the cycle ways not maintained to a good standard? sorry no photos its to dark to take pictures.

Thank you for your report, to enable us to log the fault to the correct unit can you please advise using the attached map the street light number you are referring to. are all the 4 street lights on Meads Farm lane not working? If the unit is not on the map this would not be owned/maintained by Oxfordshire County Council and would need to be reported to the developer/landowner direct. Unfortunately we do not keep records of private lights.
