Overgrown hedge blocking view at junction

The house on the corner of Railway Street and Main Street has a hedge that has massively overgrown their fence and is blocking the view at the junction. I had a near miss today when pulling out as a car was driving quite quickly along Main Street, I couldn’t see so pulled out as it looked clear, then nearly got hit.
