A resident in St Paul's Court is parking several cars all untaxed along the High Street preventing residents from parking at their own homes. These are all for sale purposes which under the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 is illegal. All vehicles have been reported to DVLA for months who have done nothing. Please shut this guy down.
