End of the seymour villas ,beside 112 seymour villas

I leave in 112 seymour villas, trees use to get cut once a year, i notice that the went last month to cut the one opposite to house but ,they havent come back .can you help please, tree getting high and because of this plants starting grow in our house (side) also people find easy drop the waste there because of this, Thanks !!
