Road traffic bollards not present on black top islands housing new traffic lights on junction

Reported in the Traffic lights category anonymously at 16:26, Wednesday 9 October 2019 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to TfL 3 minutes later

There are no bollards on the black top islands housing the new traffic lights at the junction of Station Road and Red Lodge Road. This is a busy junction with pedestrians using the islands as a safe way to cross the road, there should be at the very least retroreflective self-righting bollards.I would advise whoever is in charge of this junction improvement fiasco to read the Traffic Advisory Leaflet 3/13 September 2013 for guidance.
