Overgrown hedges on footpath, making it impassable for public to walk up this lane. Unable to walk with a pushchair, having to go on grass. Also no dog waste bin, would be handy to have one by gate of the field on right hand side. Coming up from Goodyear’s End. This footpath has been like this for the last 4-5 months now.
