Street light opposite Capelli barber shop not working

The street lighting opposite Capelli barber shop has not been working since a few weeks now. With the road workings in the area, inadequate lighting is a cause for concern to the residents and passing pedestrians. Please have a look at the earliest.

  • Ref:00358966 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

  • I'm writing back to get an update on this issue. The lights haven't been fixed yet.

  • Street light no 25 still not working. In view of the roadworks and the darker nights, please make this a priority to fix.

  • Please unblock the drains on the West to East carriageway. They are causing major hazards with local flooding for all concerned. The blockages start st Ferry Hinksey Road then on to opposite Osney Island

  • Street light still now working. It can't possibly take so long to fix. Please look at it urgently.
