Hedges overgrown and branches sticking out- pedestrians having to walk on grass verge which is getting churned up and slippery

Sent to Leicestershire County Council and North West Leicestershire District Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1797079.

Branches are sticking out at eye level, and the hedge is covering the pavement. Pedestrians are having to walk on grass verge to avoid it, which is getting churned up, very muddy and slippery.
