This vehicle has been parked in the same position for the past 6 weeks, it is parked on the pavement and is causing an obstruction to pedestrians, it is also obstructing the view of drivers exiting the offices on Pound Road, there have been several near misses when pulling out blind into Pound Road due to this vehicle.
