Immigrants camping on the road and doing roadside repairs

More immigrants using Chester Avenue as camp site / car repair area. Another immigrant has turned up in last week now living in a caravan along with a Yellow van with no front number plate. They have brought an uninsured VW Passat LS09ZBL on a lorry with a broken windscreen and flat tyres which has been parked on the grass. The local residents are now getting a little fed up with these eastern europeans using the road as a camp site. The old camper van has been here for sometime and now has been joined by another on behind it, getting like a campsite now
