Tree Basal Growth - original report being ignored
Reported in the Public Trees category anonymously at 12:32, Sat 5 October 2019 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Bromley Council 20 hours, 14 minutes later
The basal growth around this tree that extends into the carriageway and pavement was reported on July 7th. It still hasn’t been cut back despite it being marked as fixed and a handful of comments asking for this to be dealt with. The original report is now being ignored. A typically poor response from the Council, so please can this be dealt with once and for all and dealt with quickly as a report that is still unresolved 3 months later is unacceptable. My phone number has been enclosed and I’d appreciate a response please.
Thank you for your report, this is now being investigated. Information on our services and the timeframes we aim to respond in can be found: http://www.bromley.gov.uk/ fixservices

Yes - may I add to this too please. I am still having to swerve/negotiate around this tree growth into the flow of rush hour traffic on my commute. This is making my commute more dangerous than it should be. Can you ensure the road is clear of this obstruction so I can cycle safely please.
