Bin men and their total disregard for residents!!!

Buckthorn Crescent: Every week, our road is left like a hurricane has ripped through it by inconsiderate Biffa Bin men! No, there was no wind on the day the images were taken and this was only about 30 minutes after they'd collected waste! It is the same with the food waste bins when they're collected! My question to the local authority is, who pays to replace damaged bins when they're thrown from bin wagon to driveway by the idiots employed by Biffa? Biffa are no doubt paid millions for their contact to collect rubbish so they should perform their task with a little more professionalism!
