Persistent dumping of rubbish in Shornden Passage.

Sent to Hastings Borough Council 1 minute later
Yet another load of black plastic bags and loose litter dimped athe end of Shornden Passage. There are rats around the area as a consequence of persistent dumping. This happens every few days and is a significant health hazard.
This problem is persistent and therefore as fast as it's cleared up someone else dumps a load of rubbish. One of the residents also lets his dog out to crap in the passage. This needs a permanent solution so frewquent reporting to the council would be beneficial.
