This happens regularly after heavy rain (for many years) but has recently got much worse when the roads at the junction turn into a river. Loose debris, sand and mud from the road up Whichford hill is deposited in a thick layer up onto the pavement on the corner of my house continuing down along the kerb. This build up of debris is causing vegetation to grow and the drain gullies covered with leaves .
