Reported in the Gully and Catchpits category by Richard Crane at 19:54, Wednesday 2 October 2019 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 1790336.
The two drains in Horsepond Road, just past Allwrights Cottages, (No 1 to 4) are continually blocked. The road is in a slight dip at this point and as the drain is blocked the road floods. Allwrights Cottages are slightly below this and the front gardens flood when the road floods. This is getting worse and on Tuesday evening 1st October the flood water entered Numbers 3 & 4 bringing mud into the front porches. If this gets any worse the whole downstairs of these cottages will be flooded. This problem was last reported by me in 2018.
Thank you for your enquiry. This issue has been passed onto the relevant team for investigation.
