Cars Parked In No Parking Zone

Cars parked illegally, on yellow lines, in Sation Road - every day. Since the opening of 'Loaded' in High Point Village, and also a small food outlet next to Station Cars in Station Road, there has been an increase in cars and cabs parking on the yellow lines roughly *opposite* the Station Cars office.
This length of road from *opposite* the Station down to Clayton Road is clearly marked for buses at the upper end; but for 'No Parking' (except for Sundays) from the bus stop down to the junction with Clayton Road.
If cars and cabs are parked on the yellow lines they effectively block two way traffic coming out of or going into Hayes Town Centre. This then backs up to Farey Corner (for traffic heading north) or the Town Centre (for traffic heading south).
I have never seen a parking warden ticket any cars in Station Road.
I have attached images of three cars parked on the yellow lines from this afternoon.
