Oil all over the road and pavement

A car has been leaking oil all over the road and pavement for months. It was parked on the road, where it left a trail up and down the road while parking and a large puddle underneath while parked, and it's now been moved to a driveway but is overhanging onto the pavement and continues to leak oil which is flowing across the pavement and into the road. It's a silver Honda Civic
