Broken, indistinct ‘arrow’ bollards at pedestrian refuge between Longshoot and Hinckley Rd

The bollards are on the A47 in a 40 mph area. They normally require a change of road position by cars and bigger vehicles but are not visible enough in the dark. They are broken and dirty and don’t reflect vehicle lights.
