Tarmack footpath being filled above damp proof course of my property

Reported anonymously at 15:27, Mon 30 September 2019

Sent to Stratford-on-Avon District Council and Warwickshire County Council 3 minutes later

Dear Council, I note that the tarmac footpath outside of my property (6a Daventry Street, Southam, CV47 1PH) has yellow spray paint markings, which I presume is there to mark out where the pavement needs fixing and imperfections require filling. I would like to note that the ever-increasing layers of tarmac against my house have resulted in the damp-proof course for my property being covered, which is causing a need for costly damp repair work inside my home. Please be mindful of the property when completing repairs and avoid any further raise to the footpath. Yours Sincerely, Mrs V Everett
