Neglected roadside shrine, anti-social behaviour hotspot, illegal parking site with potential to cause further accidents

Sorry for their loss and with respect their grieve is understood, although not for doing so at the accident site of the deceased, regardless of the cause, which incidentally the councils should be doing more to combat. However, this shrine has been left to decay for now over a year with much of the items now decrepit or broken and continues to attract anti-social behaviour and/or visitors who cause obstruction in the road. It should be all removed and further work should now be prioritised for traffic management and public space protection orders defined through Nonington as the issues are increasingly worsening each year.
