Reported in 2018 and July 2019. The problem still hasn't been fixed. The gully/drain outside 168 Ashby Road, Hinckley is totally blocked. The puddle is now the size of a pond and cars forced to drive on the opposite side of the road to avoid. Can this be finally cleared please!!
