  • I was advised to report this problem to Thames Water, which I did on line about 3 weeks ago. Somehow the report was not registered so I reported it again by phone today (28/10/2019). Ref 1018054699. 2 degrees this morning so it will soon be freezing over & causing accidents!

  • Spoke to Thames Water on 11/11/2019 who said they were waiting for the go ahead from Southwark Council to agree to carry out work!
