Street drain blocked with silt

There are 7 street grid drains BETWEEN Rivington water treatment works entrance and Dryfield Lane (on the dryfield lane side of the road), SIX out of SEVEN of them are TOTALLY blocked/silted up.... resulting in a total road flood right across the carriageway just before Dryfield Lane, right where the central reservation starts. This flooded Road is completely down to these 6 blocked street drain/grids
