Sent to Cherwell District Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1782555.

Situated on lay-by opposite 36 and 38 Orchard Rise, Chesterton. The car has been there for months- possibly since March 2019.

Nothing has changed. I also reported the car to DVLA and have not received a response from them.
