Flooding and mud across path

Sent to West Sussex County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1782113.

Section of footpath just outside underpass under M23 regularly floods, and becomes a muddy puddle across the whole path.

Has been a persistent problem for years, locals resort to throwing planks and branches onto it to create gangways across it.
