New Hedge Cutting Procedure?

Reported in the Parks/landscapes category by John C at 07:45, Thursday 26 September 2019

Sent to Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council 5 minutes later

I noticed this morning that whilst I have been away the small, shrubby garden next to my house has FINALLY been cut; the first and only time this year!!! It's interesting that the remnants from the cut have just been dumped behind/in the bushes and not taken away. Is this a new cost cutting policy of SERCOs or should I report this a fly tipping?
