The problem/s need fixing.
Please don't use familiar template reply to a matter concerning everyone. Template replies "Do Not Reply: WCC <do_not_reply@westminster.gov.uk>" - and no reference number asking the community "Have you contact Thames Water regarding the water leak as they deal with all issues linked to water pipes. Their contact details are - customerservices@thameswater.co.uk" are not helpful.
3,300,000,000 liters are lost every single day through leakages. It is WCC's responsibility to make sure that roads and pavements are not unnecessarily blocked.

You would need to contact Thames Water to find out when they are going to be carrying out repairs on the public pavement/highway.
