Illegal parking

Sent to Thanet District Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 177883.

REPEAT OFFENDERS parking on double yellow lines at the top of the road, making it very difficult to turn in and out of Poplar road. Most common late in the day & early in the morning, but other times of the day has been noted.
Lets hope none of the residents ever need the fire or ambulance services because they wouldn't be able to get down the road!
