Cycle route rubbish, and moped riders

Reported in the Street Cleansing category anonymously at 09:21, Monday 23 September 2019

Sent to Bromley Council 4 minutes later

There is a plastic pizza delivery sign ripped off a Honda moped on the cycle route waterline way. In addition, polystyrene cups etc by bench near where work is being done on fallen tree. The route needs clearing. We also saw the moped being ridden on the route - KM18 LXW - the barrier at Kangley Bridge Road now has a large space to one side that enables motorcyclists to use it. Can you please install a more effective barrier to keep this route as intended, for cyclists and pedestrians.
