Parking on junction and grass verge area. Obstruction of pavement.

Cars are routinely parking on the grass verge/pavement on Sycamore Road (on left) as exiting Rowan Close - this is causing a visual obstruction meaning that viability of traffic when pulling out onto sycamore road from rowan close is impossible before halfway out onto the road.

Cars are also parking on the pavement (on the bend of junction) outside of number 2 Rowan Close. This is causing an obstruction on pavement making it impossible for wheelchairs and pushchairs (and sometimes pedestrians) to get past without walking on the road.
