Restriction of view creating blind junciton onto busy road.

Vehicles constantly parking on double yellow lines along Arbury Road, creating a blind view of traffic. Example photo given standing/crouched at Grove Road, this also an issue pulling out of Priory Street.

This has been an issue for almost 2 years that I have been using these roads.
