Byway junction concealed and invisible from A 47 road (Honingham RB 1)

Reported in the Footpaths/ Rights of way (usually not tarmac) category anonymously at 20:18, Sunday 22 September 2019

Sent to Highways England 1 minute later

Please see the photographs, taken on 21st September 2019. A restricted byway, known as Honingham Restricted Byway No. 1, crosses the A 47 road here. The crossing is featured in all of the three photos attached to this report. Can you spot it? It is not easy. There is zero signage. Traffic was roaring past, totally oblivious to the fact that there is actually a junction of a public carriageway here. ENQUIRY OF HIGHWAYS ENGLAND: You have been made aware of this problem before. How do you justify allowing a junction to remain as invisible as this, with no warning to users of either highway?
