  • The resurfacing work has been programmed in for the evening of 16 November through to the early hours of the 17th November under a road closure. It is aknowledged that the surface is uneven, however it still isn't bad enough to be considered for emergency works. We will continue to monitor it and take remedial action where appropriate.

  • Reported a couple of road damage spots but neither have been repaired

Waste of time reporting always an excuse or reason not to repair the roads

  • So after my reporting the problem with this road and council's assessment of it 'not being bad enough' to consider it emergency work , I note how the road has now subsided and that the lane is completely coned off to traffic creating travel chaos on the A420 This could and should have been avoided and whoever conducted the survey and cncluded that it wasn't bad enough is in the wrong job ! Ridiculous that you continue you let roads perish to such extent !
