Sent to Leeds City Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1774099.

Waterloo Road. Gatso speed camera: observed flashing slow moving vehicle at approx 1915hrs on 19.09.19 then flashed my vehicle at approx 0015hrs on 20.09.19. I was travelling at 27mph in 30mph area.
