4 Vans regularly park at the entrance of Westleigh Place and the Juction with Woolacombe Ave, Sutton Leach, St Helens, causing pedestrians to walk in the road on a blind bend. This is a serious and ongoing problem and would make it difficult for a Fire engine to enter the close on most evenings, should it need to do so. 2 x marked vans belong to No 4 Westleigh Place. 1 x Van KM61 GYP belongs to No 5 Westleigh Place. 1 x Van FG67 FKE belongs to No 15 Woolacombe Ave.
