Sent to Lancashire County Council and West Lancashire Borough Council 5 minutes later

Some men were witnessed looking around the garages, made off and have left this looking very unstable propped up with a plank of wood. Think they may have taken some parts off the garage door for their own personal use. Garages look like a Health & Safety Risk!
