White transit van, reg KS11 GDA blocking pavement.

Van is parked in such a way for pedestrians to use the pavement, especially people with wheel chairs or push chairs. Consequently they are using the road to get pass putting themselves in danger. Van has been there for a couple of weeks, substantial damage to front offside wing and the rear door looks unlocked
