There is an abandoned white ford fiesta on the bicycle lane (London Road) towards the Headington Roundabout, near the bus stop

  • The white car was still there all day, and at 22.00 on 19 September, parked on the cycle lane by the bus stop. I've seen it in two other places on the cycle lane on other days.

  • Unless the vehicle is untaxed, i have no authority to deal with vehicles on parking issues.

  • The vehicle is obstructing the bicycle lane. Would it be removed if it was obstructing the road? Has it have a parking permit? Please pass this issue on to the relevant person/team.

  • If you haven't done so already, if the vehicle is still there, telephone the parking control number and report it. They will atleast be able to give the vehicle a parking ticket which might act as a deterrent, Tel 0845 337 1138

  • This segment of pavemt and bicycle lane is still used as a parking space. There are several cars and vans parked there everyday.
