Potholes on Harrow Rd

Reported in the Potholes category anonymously at 08:34, Sat 8 March 2008

Sent to Middlesbrough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 17698.

Since December 2007 a series of dangerous potholes have been getting deeper and more widespread along Harrow Rd between Birchgate Rd and Daleston Ave. It is causing a serios hazzard to parked vehicles being hit as other vehicles travelling along Harrow Rd attempt to avoid the deep holes. They are causing damage to vehicles travelling along the road as well as a serious hazzard for cyclists and pedestrians. It is a claim waiting to happen nad left undealt with could cost the Middlesbrough Council costs in claims from the public. I would recommend this section of the road be completely re-surfaced as i have witnessed recently other potholes on the road being filled with a token gesture of tarmac only to reappear within a month or two. Thanks
