Traffic cones in the road

Reported anonymously at 09:42, Mon 16 September 2019

Sent to Broadland District Council and Norfolk County Council 4 minutes later

Traffic cones have appeared on the road outside the entrance to South Hill Road woods. Previously there were Norfolk Constabulary cones but they were replaced several weeks ago by the traffic cones. I've checked the roadworks map and can find no reason for them. I walk my dogs in the woods and now can no longer park near the entrance. There are no yellow lines so parking should be allowed. The cones have been there for a couple of months now. Perhaps you could inform me of their purpose.
