Double white lines needed due to vehicles double parked opposite.

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1768016.

Due to the lack of parking cars park on the road. Meaning traffic has to pass on the opposite side in to on coming traffic. As Viney Avenue is a cresent the traffic moves around the cresent and doesn't stop and I have had a number of near misses. if double broken white lines were put down they would have to stop to comply with traffic law.

  • I’ve tried to raise this problem with both the county council and the local councilwoman. Neither have been any use. The county council referred me to the town council.
