Parking during restricted hours

This is not tge first car to park here during the restricted time , or to park hakf on the pavement Some people park fully on the pavement and others like this. Between 10am -6pm Monday to Saturday this should not happen Some park so far on pavement they are actually right infront of ny front door (5 Hawthron Road) This has been ongojng since day I moved into property oin June 2019

So, the problem of ILLEGAL parking on hawthorn road continues. The issues has been addressed with the Winton nails salon. Unfortunately, the bloke who works there can not control his customers. Nor that he owns the business. Customers continuously park either full way on the pavement or half on/half of. Also some of the master minds park right outside the front door and disrupt the entrance/possible fire exit way. If this problem not dealt with in the nearest future-I will make sure I will call council/police each time I see a car parked illegally like on the picture. There is no way I can keep quiet about it anymore. It disrupts the life of people living in number 5 Hawthorn road and also people who are disabled and need to pass through (I have seen enormous amounts of times when cars/bikes went directly on the pavement ignoring disabled person/push chairs).
