Sent to Harrow Borough Council 4 minutes later
Observed between 11:52 and 12:11, Saturday, 14/09/2019, Parking Control Zone "M", driver waiting to collect church attender, parked on double yellow lines, on the corner of the junction of Reverend Close and Corbins Lane, which together with the two other vehicles parked ahead in designated on-road parking spaces, effectively blocks the right hand (Offside) view of oncoming traffic heading towards Eastcote Lane for drivers emerging from Reverend Close into Corbins Lane. Its noted that the off-road church car park was only half full at the time. The lady driver was challenged and indicated some contrition but seem totally oblivious of the fact that she had been causing a real problem and that double yellow lines on this junction corner are there for a real purpose, not just to give council workmen something to do.
