The drain is still blocked and when it rains we are not able to walk out our driveway due to a deep and large puddle. Even the sidewalk is now submerged in water. This report has been pending for several months now and with the persistent rain we are being cut off from using our drive without being forced to walk through water several inches deep.

This issue has not been resolved and it’s almost impossible for us to leave our driveway without being forced to walk through deep water. Please can someone come and unblock this drain? What needs to be done in order for this be be fixed? It feels like the issue is being ignored?

I had an email saying this had been fixed. This is not the case. The photo shows we have a lake over the drain again after rain

Thank you for using FMS, Our Neighbourhood Officer will liaise with the drainage contractor to investigate further as there may be a blockage further along the pipe.
