Vehicles parking illegally on verges and footpaths outside the speedway stadium. Police ignoring the offenders on many occasions.

Causing traffic issues and back ups. Restricts pedestrians right of way and puts them in danger as they have to walk in the road. Reduces visibility to pedestrians and road users.
