Greenery and Japanese Knotweed blocking pavement

On Boughton Road between Mill Road and Waterside Drive, the pavement is now excessively narrow due to hedge growth, and this is causing a hazard for pedestrians who are unable to pass each other without stepping into the road. Japanese Knotweed is also present.
