Car parked on pavement

Often found parked on the pavement at school pick up, can restrict access to pedestrians and this is where most parents and children cross the road to walk home, vision poor for crossing and often parked over the lowered curb restricting access for push chairs and wheelchairs. This is also the road of a special needs school where many children require assistance and wheelchairs.
