Huge problem with parking on grass verges

Huge problem with people parking on the grass verges of Tedworth Road, around Shipton Close; these images were taken over a week & I have more that I couldn't upload. This problem has been getting much worse over the past 4 months and at some times, there can be up to five cars parked on the grass verges in this small area. Does not happen anywhere else on the street - just at this end, near Shipton. The drivers parking on this verge are often doing so unsafely with little regard for the surroundings (coming onto the verge through gaps in parked cars, near telephone poles and/or trees), and some of them do not care if pedestrians/people are around, they will still come onto the verge, sometimes the path, and follow behind slowly.

This has been reported to the relevant department. On receipt of a report regarding significant damage to the verge we will inspect the damage within 24 hours and assess the safety of the verge. At this point we will decide whether we need to carry out any repairs or careful preventative measures after notifying nearby residents and businesses by letter. Where the damage is being caused through regular vehicle override the area will be inspected and assessed for repairs during the next routine highway inspection.

Still not fixed, grass verges now becoming damaged and muddy, swampy messes.

People are still parking on the other side - on the pavement - and also on the other grass verge, closer to Thanet Primary.

Can you please provide the nearest property address to the location so we can arrange for someone to inspect

Where the sign post is for Shipton Close - it's occurring on the grass verges either side - towards Thanet Primary (the verge outside number 2 Shipton) and towards number 44 Tedworth Road.
