People parking up to watch planes, leaving their litter also smoking drugs, even in the day time. Fly tipping is a big issue on this lane as well.

Too many cars leaving litter near to the Cemetery. Using drugs day and night, last week a washing machine and fridge freezer was dumped on this road.Parking in middle of road, can’t even get past on a push bike. It needs bollards putting up, and only access to those who need to use it.
