Overgrown tree impeding pavement and highway

The 2 limes trees outside 2 and 4 Beverley Road have luxuriant branch growth (greater than the trees opposite). The result is that the long drooping branches from the tree outside no.2 now brush on cards as they proceed down Cliffe Road, and those from the tree outside no. 4 impede people walking on the pavement - one has to duck.
